Manufacturing Capabilities

Our facility integrates prepreg, resin infusion, vacuum bagging, and filament winding — backed by in-house tooling, trim & drill, and quality inspection for multi-sector composite programs.

Core Processes

01

Prepreg Layup

Pre-impregnated carbon and glass plies are cut, kitted, and laid up on tooling with controlled fiber orientation. Ideal for aerospace laminates requiring tight thickness control and repeatable mechanical properties.

02

Resin Infusion (RTM / VARTM)

Dry fiber preforms are infused under vacuum with catalyzed resin — delivering uniform wet-out across large, complex parts without excess resin weight. Suited for automotive panels, UAV shells, and integrated structures.

03

Vacuum Bagging

Every cure cycle uses engineered vacuum bag assemblies to consolidate laminates, remove volatiles, and maintain surface quality. We support oven cure and out-of-autoclave processes with full cure documentation.

04

Filament Winding

Continuous fibers are wound onto mandrels under computer control for tubes, tanks, and axisymmetric hardware. Fiber angles and wall thickness are programmed for torsion, bending, and pressure loading.

Supporting Capabilities

Tooling & Patterns

In-house mold design and fabrication for prototype and production tooling — metal, composite, and machined patterns.

Trim, Drill & Assembly

CNC trim, hole patterns, bonded joints, and hardware installation to deliver assembly-ready components.

Quality & Inspection

Dimensional checks, visual inspection, and documentation packages aligned with customer and program requirements.

Controlled Environment

Aerospace Cleanroom Facility

Aerospace projects are processed in our dedicated cleanroom — designed for contamination control during prepreg layup, adhesive bonding, and final assembly. Environmental conditions are monitored and recorded to support programs that require cleanroom discipline, material traceability, and repeatable laminate quality from development through flight hardware.

  • Controlled temperature and humidity for prepreg storage and layup
  • Particulate-managed workspace for flight-critical assemblies
  • Documented travelers and cure records for aerospace customers
